Manage your tasks in Tourwriter
From payment reminders, booking amendments for specific itineraries, through to accounting and even office shopping; there’s a lot that goes into running a successful tour operator business. To help keep things in order, you can create and manage all of your tasks from within Tourwriter.
Located in the primary navigation bar you will find the ‘Tasks’ menu item. This is where you can see an overview of all tasks. You can also create, manage and view tasks on a per itinerary basis as well.
Filtering and searching tasks
When tasks lists get too long things can get overwhelming very quickly. To help narrow your focus, Tourwriter comes complete with a number of pre-built filters that you can use to easily sort your tasks into more manageable lists.
Filter | Explanation |
All tasks | Shows all tasks in your organisation that have not yet been completed |
My Tasks | Shows all tasks that have been assigned to you that have not yet been completed |
Completed tasks | Shows all tasks in your organisation that have been completed |
To do today | Shows all tasks that have a due date that matches today |
To do this week | Shows all tasks that have a due date in the current calendar week |
Coming up | Shows all tasks that have a due date beyond the current calendar week |
You can also search for a task, or click on one of the column titles to re-order your tasks by a set parameter.
