Using global search to find itinerary information
Customers can access search features in a number of places in the Tourwriter app. Global search is always available via the main navigation panel. To activate a search:
- In the top left of the navigation panel click the magnifying glass search icon
- When the search field opens, start typing or paste your reference data
- Select your result from the populated list
Global search returns results for these areas:
- Itinerary name
- Itinerary ID
- Itinerary tags
- Itinerary invoice number
- Itinerary Booking ID
- Itinerary payment ID
