Refreshing services in your itinerary

In Tourwriter, any changes you make to a supplier or product record (such as edits to the description or images) do not automatically show in any existing itineraries where these services had already been added prior to the edits being made.

To re-fetch an updated version of the supplier information, you can use the ‘refresh service’ feature. Here’s how it works:

  1. Navigate to the Proposal view of your itinerary
  2. If you have a specific service you wish to refresh, scroll to it in the itinerary proposal and select the ‘refresh service’ button from the option menu

  3. Once selected, any changes to the supplier and/or product that has been made since you first added the service to your itinerary will be re-fetched and shown on your itinerary.
    Note: refreshing the service will only apply to the specific itinerary you are refreshing on
  4. If you wish to refresh all of the services on your itinerary, you can do so by selecting the ‘refresh all services’ button
